With over 15 years' programming experience, as well as working at Director-level in software houses and latterly running his own software development company, Matthew has brought strong ideas and a wealth of experience to Plansoft.
Matthew Ivey - Application Support Technician
Matthew has worked for Plansoft right from the start. His strong knowledge of the workings of the GTI3 system means he is able to provide excellent first-line support as well as training for all users of the software.
Matthew Davies - Accounts Manager
Matthew has worked with Plansoft for many years; as well as being the first port of call for any financial accounts enquiries, Matthew has an in-depth knowledge of maintenance agreements and individual customer account details - our information guru!
We are a professional software developer specialising in the provision of timetabling software. Initially designed for the further and higher education sectors, we now have hundreds of users of our GTI3 timetabling software in schools, colleges, universities and other organisations worldwide.
The company was started over ten years ago by a group of software experts who worked in the Further Education sector. Not finding anything powerful enough on the market to offer highly flexible and easy timetabling of complicated resources, they set about developing their own solution. The success of that initial product led to a commercial one and the inauguration of Planning Software Limited. The product has been continually developed and updated, often through the feedback and comments of its users.
Early 2006 saw a management change for the company, who continue the commitment to provide support for the existing product, as well as striving to develop updates in newer and more powerful technology.
