Training

With all but the most basic of software there is a learning curve involved in mastering its use. We have endeavoured to make ours as easy to use as possible and have responded to feedback from our customers over the years. To help our users we have made the following provisions:

On board help system: A comprehensive help system is provided and many dialogue boxes have a case sensitive help button that take you directly to the section in the help you need related to what you are currently doing.

With all fully networked systems purchased (including a gti3server) we supply one free full day's on-site training for up to 12 persons. Additional days can be provided at a cost of £500 plus VAT per day.

With all fully networked systems one free printed copy of the User Manual is provided providing detailed cross referenced help with using the software. Additional copies are available at a cost of £55 plus VAT. Copies are available to stand alone users at the same price.

All systems purchased come with one year's free access to our Helpdesk (by phone and email, manned 9am-5pm UK time, Monday to Firday, except UK bank holidays). This provides personnel assistance with your timetabling and GTI3 system management problems. Thereafter support is via maintenance contract charged at 20% of the original license cost per annum.

Additionally we periodically run training courses for new and experienced users. Please speak to our Sales Department about when the next course is being run. All new and existing customers are welcome to attend. These afford an opportunity to help our users get the most from the software and for them meet and learn from other users of the system.
